The WA Police Force will reissue a damaged certificate providing that the original is returned to the WA Police Force. Please note the WA Police Force will not reissue certificates older than 3 months and any reissued certificate will retain the same reference number and the original date of issue. If there is an error please retain the certificate and contact us immediately. It is recommended that you verify the contents of your National Police Certificate as soon as it is received to ensure that all details are correct. Applicants must specify the offences or information in dispute and be prepared to provide comparison fingerprints.
You will receive a certificate as a result of a National Police Check. As a result of the check, you will receive a National Police Certificate. From 3 February 2025 it is no longer a requirement to provide a National Police Certificate when you apply for a private security, firearms or armed guard licence. You may be eligible to receive the NSW RSA by completing a bridging course Is your RSA current and issued by a Registered Training Organisation or a state/territory approved training organisation? If you have a current Competency Card online pokies you cannot re-complete the course to renew it while it is current. If you need to complete your Audio Assessment urgently you can call in and complete the final questions with an assessor.
